At Bark & Learn, we provide Westchester dog boarding in a safe, comfortable, home-style environment where your dog receives personalized care and attention while you’re away. We understand how important it is to leave your pet in a place where they feel secure, relaxed, and well cared for, which is why we take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine, and needs. Our boarding services are designed for dogs of all ages and include a thoughtful, low-volume setting, daycare support, puppy care, and helpful add-on services such as grooming or vet drop-off and pick-up. Whether you’re traveling, working long hours, or simply need dependable overnight care, Bark & Learn is here to provide a safe and welcoming home away from home for your dog.

Bark & Learn offers overnight dog boarding and daycare, but we do not offer board-and-train or boarding training programs. If your dog needs training, we’re happy to discuss our private dog training services separately.

A Home Away from Home for Your Dog

At Bark & Learn, we know your dog is part of your family. With more than 20 years of experience caring for dogs, we’ve created a thoughtful boarding process that helps each dog feel comfortable, secure, and at ease in our home-style environment. Because we are a private facility and not a kennel, we keep our overnight group small—typically just 5 to 6 dogs—so every dog receives personalized attention, supervision, and care.

Dog Boarding Pricing

Starting at $80 per dog, per night

Please note that all boarding dogs must complete a meet and greet before booking. Depending on your dog’s temperament and comfort level, one or more daycare visits may also be required before an overnight stay. Daycare and meet-and-greet appointments are available Monday through Friday only. We do not schedule daycare, meet and greets, or boarding evaluations on weekends or holidays.

The Bark & Learn Dog Boarding Process

1. Meet and Greet

Before any boarding stay, we require a meet and greet with your dog. This first visit helps us learn about your dog’s personality, routine, temperament, and any special needs while giving your dog a chance to become familiar with us and the environment.

2. Daycare Visits

Some dogs may need one or more daycare visits before boarding. These visits help your dog adjust gradually, build comfort, and get used to the space, staff, and daily routine before an overnight stay.

3. Overnight Trial

Before scheduling extended boarding, we require a one-night overnight stay. This allows us to see how your dog settles in at bedtime and helps ensure that overnight boarding will be a good fit. Even friendly, social dogs can feel stressed in a new environment at night, so this step is important for your dog’s comfort and well-being.

4. Boarding Stays

Once your dog has completed the meet and greet, any recommended daycare visits, and the overnight trial, we can move forward with future boarding reservations. Our goal is to make every stay safe, calm, and comfortable for your dog.
